This year I was asked to become a founding member of the ProFound Network. They are a group of leaders that are championing disability inclusion in the workforce. Early this year I traveled to upstate New York with my husband to be a part of one of their networking events at the Mohonk Mansion Resort to be a part of a working retreat.

The group that met for the event was treated to wonderful workshops with professional career coaches, breakout exercises to discuss real-world accessibility cases facing some of the represented businesses and a good amount of social interaction time to get to know each other and build relationships.
