Standing ovations. My TWIN. Pretty in pink. New friends. Sisterhood reunited. Energy forward.
Yep, that sums up last week at the EmpowHER Multifamily Conference in Austin… and honestly, I’m still buzzing.
We came for an event and left as an energized women’s empowerment movement. Rooms don’t just “get” electric women make them electric. From hallway conversations to main-stage moments, the energy was courageous, honest, and wildly supportive. I felt it in every hug, every head nod, every note passed, every standing O.
Debuting My New Keynote: OWN It: Embrace. Elevate. Empower.

One of my biggest thrills this week: I debuted my newest keynote, OWN It: Embrace. Elevate. Empower. Sharing this talk with the world has been a dream in motion, and Austin was the perfect launch pad. The message is simple and powerful:
- Embrace who you are, your story, your identity, and your lived wisdom.
- Elevate your voice. Claim your seat, your space, your impact.
- Empower others, because when women rise together, momentum meets meaning.
Delivering this live and feeling the real-time shift in the room eyes lifted, shoulders back, heart-first engagement that’s the kind of feedback you can’t fake. I’m beyond grateful for the chance to serve this community with content that moves from inspiration to action.
Personal Highlight: My Twin, Right There With Me

A moment I’ll never forget: sharing this experience with my twin, Regina Weinstein. I talk about her on nearly every stage, but having her there to lift up and be lifted was everything. ❤️ Our journeys have always been intertwined, and being able to celebrate this milestone together felt like coming full circle.
And yes… we have a project coming. I can’t spill all the details yet, but if you’ve ever wanted to see our twin synergy on something big and heart-forward, stay close. It’s happening.
A Reunion That Felt Like Coming Home
To the women I grew my career with: seeing you, learning with you, laughing with you, it felt like coming home. There’s something profoundly validating about looking around and realizing, We’ve been building this, together, for years. The friendships. The phone-a-friend strategy sessions. The late-night texts. The job changes, the pivots, the wins. We’ve carried each other through it all, and Austin was a beautiful reunion of that sisterhood.
Gratitude, Loud and Proud
Events like this don’t happen without vision, work, and a whole lot of heart. Endless gratitude to the organizing team, speakers, sponsors, and every woman who fueled this week:
Leslie Mathis • Julie Chu Zhang • Diljeet Dosanjh-Taylor • Jasmine C. Williams • Paige Rene • Erin Hatzikostas • Angela Gargano • Kristina Watts
Your leadership and generosity make rooms like this possible. Thank you for championing spaces where women are seen, heard, hired, promoted, and celebrated.
What I’m Taking With Me

- Bravery is contagious. We share one honest story, and suddenly ten more voices rise.
- Access is leadership. Designing events where everyone can participate fully isn’t “extra” it’s essential.
- Mentorship is a movement. Lift as you climb, and name the women who’ve lifted you.
- Joy is strategy. Pink outfits, spontaneous photos, shared laughter joy connects us and keeps us moving forward.
- Momentum matters. Inspiration is the spark; community turns it into fuel.
What’s Next
I’m excited to bring OWN It: Embrace. Elevate. Empower. to more stages, teams, and organizations. If your company is ready to deepen inclusion, energize leadership, and turn inspiration into action, let’s talk. And keep an eye out for that twin project, it’s rooted in empowerment, access, and everything we believe about what’s possible when women build together.
