FACT: Companies that embrace disability inclusion see 28% higher revenue, 30% higher profit margins, and double the net income than those that don’t. (Accenture, 2018)

FACT: Ability thrives where opportunity exists.

FACT: Disability isn’t a limitation but barriers absolutely are.

The real measure of ability isn’t found in what someone can’t do, but in the opportunities they’re given to show up in. A world that values access OVER assumptions is key and facilities a world where talent and leadership can shine and grow.

Some tips:
– Hire with intention.
Actively recruit and retain disabled talent. Accessibility actually starts in the hiring process!

– Rethink “accommodations” as essential.
Make inclusion standard, not a special request.

– Elevate voices.
Invite disabled professionals to the table, amplify their knowledge, and pay them for their expertise.

– Design with accessibility first.
Whether it’s digital content, events, or workplaces, build inclusion in from the start.

– Challenge bias.
If you assume someone can’t, ask yourself: is it ability or a lack of access? Stop questioning if we belong and start creating spaces for us to participate.
