From one keynote to a global movement, thats what we have done!

Five years ago, we took a leap of faith. A dream, a message, and a mission plus an massive belief that disability inclusion can change the workplace.

Today we celebrate five incredible years of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC a journey that’s part purpose, part perseverance, and all heart.

From our kitchen-table “HQ” to global stages, Marty and I built this together.

Every early flight, every tech check, every keynote, every partnership reminded us why we started.

It’s been a road paved with fun, love, challenge, connection, a ton of impact and endless gratitude.

Its been incredible!

Through it all, the greatest gift has been the people, the audiences and the allies who rolled beside us.

Here’s to the next chapter Marsten Anderson… and to continuing to push forward, together. Love you and thank you so much for it ALL!
