Alycia Anderson, VP of Sales at Knock, was born with Sacral Agenesis and she emphasizes the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Through personal experiences, including a positive job interview not defined by their disability, the benefits of inclusion and diversity are demonstrated. They stress on open conversations, even in the face of uncertainty.
