2022 was the year of “#RISE” for me.

At the start of each year, I commit to a theme, which is “THE” Goal of my year. It’s a single word that keeps me on track with my daily, weekly, monthly goal setting. It is how I determine wins and where I can do better.

It’s a word that highly motivates me to try a little harder, to be a little bolder and to believe in myself a little more. It’s the most important personal declaration I make because it defines the trajectory of my entire year.

At the end of last year, I left my corporate VP position in tech that I loved. I decided to take the leap and go all in on my #Business and #Entrepreneurship goals. I decided to go all in on my #Dreams.

It was now or never time. It was Alycia, do it or don’t time. I wanted so badly to lead. So that meant, it was time to push fear aside and “RISE” up to the occasion.

So I did!

Today I sit in reflection and I’m so #Grateful for it all. 

Thank you to my #Clients who have entrusted and invited me in to share my message, my story, my #Platform, my DEIA strategies and my perspective with your #Teams, companies & organizations.

Thank you to every friend, connection and collegue I have made along the way and through LinkedIn networking. Learning from each of you I have only become better each day.

Most of all, thank you to every single person who decided to “RISE” with me. You’re the ones who boldly raised your hands, to share your story in some way.

With every smile and tear we have shared, we grow closer together as ONE in our understanding of the other! And this I am MOST grateful for. This is inclusion
