Alycia Anderson, VP of Sales at Knock, was born with Sacral Agenesis and she emphasizes the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Through personal experiences, including a positive job interview not defined by their disability, the benefits of inclusion and diversity are demonstrated. They stress on open conversations, even in the face of uncertainty. Knock’s internal culture supporting inclusivity, diversity and collaboration is highlighted as instrumental in fostering a more accepting professional environment. Further, the existence of diversity and inclusion programs is critical for organizational growth and workplace evolution.
