Last week the WomanUP!® 2022 National Conference invited me to be the keynote speaker and close out their multi day event for them! The WomanUP! organization, is an initiative of the California Association of REALTORS®, which supports the journey of women to the very TOP of their careers.

They asked me to share my story and give my Heart of Inclusion – Believe in Possible speech to their conference attendees, women from all over the country in the real estate industry who are high level brokers and those that want to be.

WOW! What an experience this was!

My goal was to empower these women to be BOLD, to be LOUD, to leverage their differences as VALUABLE, and to RISE to the occasion in their lives as “Pioneers of Visibility.”

And, my goal aligned perfectly with their mission to identify, develop, and connect women in the real estate industry, and to find strategies for these women to make “bold” moves in their careers.

This is an amazing event and I too was encouraged even more by the allyship I found among these high powered diverse women who verified the worth of my message and showered me with their gratitude for going for my dreams.

I encourage everyone interested to follow this group of amazing women and attend next year’s event!
